ALL INCLUSIVE or RATE ADJUSTMENT. 5th Wheel, 35' with Double Slide Out, Towing capabilities Has never been used for a rental 20'Awning Eco-Friendly Portable Solar Panels Portable Generator - If power is available at your campsite, generator will not be necessary Large Indoor/outdoor shower Bathroom has sink and large shower, mirrors and storage with additional separate vanity area with sink and counters for extra room with plenty of closet space and storage Air Conditioning, TV (2), and Stereo System Hardwood Flooring Convertible Sofa to Bed, (sleeps 2) Removable Table to Bed and Queen size Bed at opposite end, Sleeps 6 Full Kitchen with Micro., Fridge, and Freezer All dishes, cups, utensils, pots, pans and much, much more for at least 6 persons Towels, linens, soap, coffee filters, coffee maker, spices etc. Two Propane Tanks w/ auto switch Lawn chairs included with all extra equipment for RV, hoses, grey and black water hoses, etc Tools, spare ext. cords Plenty of outside storage as well as inside Solar Panels for batteries Full, hands on instructions of RV usage with written booklet Propane tanks to be returned full if possible or a small fee may apply to fill later. GENERATOR, There is a fee for usage Grey and Black water to be emptied if possible before return of rental or we can empty on the way out for you. All garbage to be bagged and disposed of before return. Deposit required and refundable if there is no damage to RV, excessive amounts of dirt and dust, (due to poor weather conditions) of $1500.00 USD and the above requirements are met to the best of your ability, again, I know your limited to what can be done at the Burning Man site. No worries there. Have a 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 Quad cab, 68 K original miles, 5.9 Turbo Mtr. with Anderson 5th wheel hookup, (not visible from bed )- your own truck if you prefer, additional insurance may apply. BURNING MAN: ALL INCLUSIVE All the above included along with items described below: RATES Depending on rental period. minimum 5 nights, $10,680.00 over 5 days with $1500.00 refundable deposit, if returned in the same condition as it left for entire event stay. Will Include the following: AIRPORT PICK UP AND DELIVERY Drop off and pick up from your campsite, set up and tear down of the unit with instructions Walmart, Costco stop for shopping and any reasonable items or extras you may need, can do personal shopping as well.
