Adventure-Ready RV Toy Hauler – Bring the Fun With You! Load up your toys and hit the road! This RV toy hauler is the perfect home base for unforgettable outdoor adventures—whether you’re heading to a bike rally, trails, racetrack, the lake, or a weekend campground getaway. Garage/Toy Area (Rear): Large cargo space you can use as a garage for bikes, ATVs, dirt bikes, motorcycles, side-by-side, etc. with tie-down tracks on the floor. 1-2 wheel motorcycle chock system available for an additional fee (currently holds a 06 Hertiage Softail and a 03 Roadking). Ramp door at the back makes loading gear easy and can also converts into a patio deck with railing. A RV queen manual folding bunk is located over the sofas for additional sleeping (ladder included for easy access). The garage floor is vinyl — with removable carpets for comfort. Kitchen & Living Space (Central Area) As you move forward from the garage, you enter the kitchen / living space. The kitchen features include: A three-burner cooktop with oven and a microwave. A large 10 cu ft refrigerator/freezer for food and drinks. A residential‐style sink with a pull-out sprayer faucet and a sink cover/cutting board. Pantry storage for dry goods and a rolling storage cart for additional counter space. Equipped with pots, pans, utencils, silverware, storage containers, baking dishes, cups, toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker. Opposite the kitchen, you’ll find seating — two sofas that are mounted to the wall that double as extra sleeping / lounging space when the toys are unloaded. Please note, if you are hauling 2 larger motorcycles or even a side-by-side, these sofas (booth) will need to be removed (by me) to accommodate larger toys. (if needed, all sheets, blankets, and pillows will be provided). There is also a folding table that pairs with the sofas for meals if the sofas are left inside the RV. If not, it can be used as an outside table or more counter space inside. Windows with zebra or blackout shades help control light and privacy. Bathroom: A standard bathroom is located mid-unit between the living area and bedroom with Jack & Jill doors from the main living space and the private bedroom. Inside the bathroom you’ll find: A toilet and radius shower with a glass door. A sink with small countertop and medicine cabinet/ mirror. Vinyl flooring for easy cleanup. Towels, wash clothes, hand soap, and toilet paper all provided. Bedroom (Front): Up front is a private sleeping area with a RV king-size bed — one of the nicer features for comfort. There’s room on either side of the bed for walking. All sheets, blankets, and pillows provided. Curtains for privacy and light control. Comfort & Amenities: 15,000 BTU ducted air conditioning and a 35,000 BTU furnace keep the interior comfortable. LED interior lighting helps brighten the space while conserving power. USB charging ports near sleeping areas and living areas for your charging convenience. If camping without electrical hookups, a super quiet "Predator" generator available for an additional fee.
