Bunkhouse - Coachmen Catalina 32' - Super Clean w/ No Extra Fees

Very clean, non smoking, Coachmen Catalina 323BHSCK bunkhouse. Inside is 33 feet long with plenty of room for the entire family to relax, enjoy, and reconnect. There are two large slides, one in the living area and one in the bunk house. The bunk house has a full bed, twin bed, dual wardrobe closets, storage cabinets stocked with some games/books/toys/dvd for the kids, flat screen tv and two large fold out mats. It has a regular door, not a pocket door or curtain. The bathroom is larger than normal with a separate door that you can enter from outside without having to disrupt the little ones, if needed. There is a full kitchen that is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, cups, coffee pot, toaster. Stainless steel appliances throughout. There is a large TV and speakers in the ceiling to play the radio, dvd/movies, or you can attach your phone to play your own music. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with regular door for added privacy. All linens are washed/sanitized after each use. There is a large automatic, remote controlled, awning with blue LED lights. Also a large outdoor kitchen with a second refrigerator, sink, and grill. Flat, electric griddle included for cooking pancakes on Saturday morning. Large 12x9 outside rug, chairs, and table included. ** The above items are provided at NO CHARGE and are included in the price.** Minimum Towing Requirements: 7-Pin connector required for tow hookup. This camper also needs a 2 5/16" ball. Vehicle capable of pulling a minimum of 8500 lbs. Weight distribution hitch and sway bars are available for use for a one time $50.00 fee, if needed. Trailer has installed electronic break system. Tow vehicle must have installed electronic breaking control system. Delivery and pickup available for an additional fee. A $75 cleaning fee is charged for cleaning and sanitization.
