Very Clean Class A - Motorhome 36ft with slide out. The Motorhome can be Driven only if the renter has CDL. Otherwise the camper will be delivered. Sleeping capacity: Comfortably sleeps 4 people. TV detachable in main area and wall mount tv in master bedroom. Slide-out: Includes a slide-out to expand the interior living space. Equipped with curtains for privacy. Bedding: Bed sheets, pillows, and blankets are not included, but can be provided if you let the owner know in advance. Rental rules and restrictions: NO pets: Dogs and other pets are absolutely NOT permitted inside the motorhome (zero tolerance). No smoking: Smoking is strictly forbidden. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and e-cigarettes (zero tolerance). Cooking restrictions: Heavy cooking and frying are not allowed inside the vehicle due to lingering odors and safety concerns (zero tolerance). Renters are expected to take care of the motorhome and return it in the same condition as when it was received. Cleaning: Renters must return the RV's interior/exterior clean to avoid extra fees. Holding tanks: The waste holding tanks must be emptied before returning the vehicle, or a dumping fee will apply.
