All bookings within 7 days of a holiday require a 2 night minimum. 50 ft of drinking water hose, one 25 foot non potable water hose, 40 feet of sewer hose, all necessary extension cords and adapters to use any generator or campsite power source. Dinette and couch both convert into a bed. Queen bed in the bedroom sleeps two adults, dinette sleeps two kids or one adult, couch laid out sleeps two kids or one adult. Delivery on Holidays will require an additional delivery fee of $250. ( 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.)
