Ride in style and comfort with plenty of seating for everyone! Relax in the theater recliners with your cup of coffee in the morning with plenty of living space for everyone to gather. The Thor ACE sleeps 6 with KING master bed with slide out and it's own AC in the master suite, an electronic upper loft the lets down above the captains chairs making a full sized bed, the sofa is a jack knife up out that can sleep 2 mall kids as well as the convertible dinette booth. A well stocked kitchen with all your basic cooking needs with a gas oven/cooktop, microwave, and fridge/freezer. This RV is equipped with 2 air-conditions, a gas generator and fresh water holding tank as well. Outside there is plenty of storage, an outside TV, power awning, and comes with all the necessary hook ups. Driving this class A RV does not require any special license and is easier to drive than you think! The RV is on a Ford gas engine chassis and easy to operate. What's included??? The RV will be supplied with basic kitchen cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups, eating utensils, pots & pans, cutting board, Coffee maker, kitchen hand towels, 1 roll of paper towels, small dish soap bottle, dish sponge, hotel style hand soap, Bath towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, Trash cans with 2 trash bags, Power cord and adapters, water hose, sewer hose, and leveling blocks. (Note:Bedding is not included with the RV) Bedding can be added for an additional $45 upon request. This a NON SMOKING rental. If smoked in, you will loose the entire $2000 deposit and will not be refunded. PICK UP TIME: Starts at 10:00 AM But must schedule your pick up time. RETURN TIME: Is at 4:00 PM Additional $50 per hour late fee, after 4 hours you will be charged an additional nights rental. Please plan ahead for refueling, unloading, and clean up prior to return. Scheduled pick up times need to be coordinated as we have multiple RVs in our fleet. We ask that you please dump your sewer prior to return. If you are unable too there is a $45.00 charge. Please Refill your propane prior to return. There is a Tractor Supply on Hwy 377 or U-Haul just down from our location that can refill it for you. There will be a $50 charge for not refilled propane. We have add ons that can be added at pick up such as camping chairs, grilles, and services. After booking your RV, we will email you a welcome letter, instructions, and Youtube video links of how to use the RV.
