The perfect camper adventure from our family to yours when we are not using our camper. This camper is stocked and ready for a family fun adventure or couples get away for the weekend. Upon Delivery it is Completely hassle free for you if you do not have a vehicle to pull camper or the experience. You can just arrive at your destination and relax with no hassle. Great rates for local areas up to 50 miles. By choosing delivery option we provide set up and tare down of the camper before and after your camping adventure along with dumping sewage and grey water. Sleeps 5-7. Our camper has an upgrade 8 in memory foam mattress to the Queen master bed and mattress protectors are on all beds. We have 2 oversized double bunks with plug in adapters.bunks can sleep 2 kids per bunk for comfort these are larger doubles. Exterior includes awning, outside kitchen with fridge and sink. Several games and extras with this camper that are not in the listing. Our comfort is your comfort, and we are happy to answer any questions you may have on the rental. What to bring is your food and personal items such as shampoos, body soaps etc. What's Included: Setup/teardown/empty sewage if delivered, Coffee Keurig machine (bring your own k-cups, Paper/plastic products, bowls, pots/pans, electric skillet, Utensils, Towels/sheets and comforters along with pillows, games for rainy weather, 24 inch tv/dvd player that can go from inside to outside mount, radio with speakers, can opener and all basic needs. Propane Blackstone grill and grill accessories, 2 lawn rocking chairs, 2 regular camping chairs, several outside games including cornhole, leveling blocks, water hoses, wheel locks, power adapter for hook up 30 amp, outdoor mat, portable fire pit that you can also cook on. Outside shower available and inside shower very nice and larger than most. If we Deliver: Delivery and Pickup times will correlate with campground set up hours so if it is arrival allowed at 3pm we will arrive at that time to set up. If required time to depart your campground is by 11 am you need to ask us to arrive at 10 am to give time for tare down of camper etc. Delivery Fee includes set up and breakdown along with emptying black sewer tank. Renter is responsible for removing trash and having camper in condition upon rental. Dishes washed put away, simple sweep up, portable campfire pit (ashes emptied) please upon booking put in address of campground and we will need camp site number. You pick up: Renter is responsible for all set up/take down, clean up, emptying of black tanks, emptying campfire portable, having camper picked up of trash and a simple clean sweep. Message us if you need special pick-up times or drop off. Any long trips we do have a grey tank/sewage holder portable. You need to have a vehicle that can pull this trailer and experience is required along with your own hitch and ball
