Sleeping Arrangements This travel trailer offers multiple sleeping spaces so everyone gets a good night’s rest: Private Queen Bedroom: A cozy queen-size bed in the front master bedroom provides a comfortable retreat for adults. You can close the door for privacy, and there’s storage for your clothes and gear. Double-Size Bunk Beds: In the rear, you’ll find two double bunk beds stacked bunk-style – each bunk can sleep up to 2 children or 1 adult. Convertible Dinette: The family dinette turns into a bed too. In the evenings, easily convert the dining table into an extra sleeping area about the size of a double bed – ideal for 1-2 smaller kids or one adult. Fold-out Sofa: The fold-out sofa is best suited for one small to medium-sized child. While the layout can accommodate up to 8 people, we recommend a max of 6 for the most comfortable experience. Amenities & Features You won’t be roughing it – this trailer comes loaded with amenities to make your trip convenient and enjoyable, just like successful family RV listings on the market: Fully-Equipped Indoor Kitchen: Prepare your favorite meals using the built-in stove, oven, and microwave. A large refrigerator/freezer keeps your groceries fresh. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, pots & pans, basic cooking utensils, and serving essentials, so you have everything you need to cook (just bring the ingredients!). There’s a sink with hot/cold water and ample counter space for prepping meals. Outdoor Kitchen: For those who love cooking under the open sky, the trailer features an outdoor kitchenette with a mini-fridge and sink (great for cold drinks and quick cleanups outside). There’s also a built-in grill cooktop for outdoor meals. Entertainment: Inside, a flat-screen TV is mounted in the living area – perfect for cozy movie nights or keeping up with the big game on a rainy day. (Bring along your favorite DVDs or a streaming stick for the TV.) The camper also has a built-in radio/Bluetooth sound system with indoor and outdoor speakers, so you can enjoy music by the campfire or inside. Comfort & Climate Control: The trailer has air conditioning to keep you cool on hot summer days and a toasty furnace for chilly nights. Roof vents and large windows provide great ventilation and natural light during the day. All windows have shades for privacy. Full Bathroom: Enjoy the convenience of a private bathroom on board. It includes a shower (with hot water), a sink/vanity, and a flushing toilet. A starter roll of RV-safe toilet paper and tank treatment chemicals are included. Everything is designed to be user-friendly, even for first-time renters. We will provide a quick orientation on how all the appliances and systems work, so you’ll feel at home right away. Delivery & Setup (Optional) Don’t have a tow vehicle or just want an effortless camping experience? We offer delivery and setup! We’ll deliver the camper to your chosen location, set it up for you, and pick it up when your trip is done – so you can simply show up and start relaxing. Here are the details: Delivery within 30 Miles: We charge a flat fee for delivery within 30 miles of our location. This covers transport, setup, and orientation. Extended Delivery: Traveling further? We can deliver up to ~100 miles from our base for an additional fee. Delivery rates are based on distance and time. Contact us with your destination for a quote. Delivery Includes: Delivery includes complete setup (leveling, hookups, slide-outs, awning, etc.) and a thorough walkthrough. At trip’s end, we’ll come back to tear down and haul the trailer home. You won’t need to dump tanks or do any heavy lifting – we handle it for you. Site Requirements: Your campsite or property must be accessible and suitable for a 35-foot travel trailer. Be sure to reserve a site that fits and let the camp know it’s a delivery. (If you prefer to tow the trailer yourself, your vehicle must be properly rated for an 8,000 lb load. We'll assist with hookup and towing safety tips.) Optional Add-Ons Linens Package: For a one-time fee of $75, we provide fresh linens and towels for your whole group. This includes sheets, blankets, and pillows for all sleeping areas you’ll use, and towels for each guest. All linens are professionally laundered and sanitized before your trip. Grocery Stocking (Optional): For longer trips, you can pre-order groceries to be delivered to us ahead of your trip. We'll stock the fridge and pantry so you’re ready to go. Ask for details. (Standard propane for cooking and heating is included. If you use a significant amount, refilling may be required or handled for a small fee.) Family & Pet Friendly Our camper was designed with families in mind. Here’s why it’s a great fit: Family-Oriented Layout: The bunk beds and versatile sleeping spaces are ideal for kids and group trips. Indoor entertainment and outdoor kitchen provide fun and flexibility. Pet Welcome: Well-behaved dogs or cats are welcome. While we do not supply pet-specific items (like bowls or leash clips), we do ask that you supervise pets and clean up after them. No additional pet fee is required. Safety Ready: Equipped with a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, CO detector, propane detector, and first-aid kit. The RV is maintained and cleaned before each rental. Policies & Other Notes No Smoking or Vaping: No smoking/vaping inside the RV. A cleaning fee will be charged if smoke odors are detected. No Festivals or Parties: Not available for festivals or party events. Family use, reunions, and sports tournaments are welcome. Cleaning Fee: A flat $100 cleaning fee is applied to each rental. This ensures the RV is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for the next guest. Tanks & Hookups: If towing yourself, you'll be responsible for emptying waste tanks before return. For deliveries, we handle the dumping. Only use RV-safe toilet paper. Reservation Requirements: Renter must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver's license.
