Why You’ll Love It • Sleeps up to 9: Features a king-size bed, bunk beds, and both the couch and dinette convert into beds • 2 slide-outs provide extra interior space, making it feel roomy and comfortable for everyone • Beautiful, modern interior with cozy finishes and a spacious layout • Large outdoor kitchen for grilling and relaxing in the fresh air • Double entry doors, including a private entrance to the bathroom—extra convenient, especially for families • Smart TV and radio soundbar for rainy-day movies or winding down at night • Dual AC units (both run on 50amp, one will run on 30amp) Included With Your Rental • Basic kitchen supplies (dishes, utensils, pots/pans, etc.) • Dish cloths and dish towels • Hand towels for the bathroom (please bring your own bath and beach towels) • 1 roll of paper towel and 2 rolls of RV-safe toilet paper • Cleaning supplies, broom, and mop provided • Full propane tanks and empty holding tanks at pickup • Delivery & setup available for an additional fee • Linens for all beds available upon request for an extra charge • Equalizer hitch included for no extra cost Rental Policies • Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the trailer – to keep it clean and fresh for all guests • No pets allowed • Minimum stay: 3 nights • Minimum renter age: 25 Pickup & Drop-off Info • Pickup time: 2:00 to 6:00 PM • Drop-off time: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM We do our best to be flexible! When our schedule allows, we may be able to offer a 1–3 hour adjustment on either end—please ask in advance when booking. Important Note: Late pickups or returns without prior arrangement will incur a $100 fee. We kindly ask you to respect these times—we’re happy to be accommodating when we can, but we also have work and family schedules to juggle.
