Want to go camping but not in a tent? This is a small and light weight camper that is easy to pull. It has ac, heater, water tank, hot water heater, led light strip with remote under the awning on one side, 270 degree awning, stereo, small folding table, shower head and hose. It has an awning shower room with floor pan and a full size futon mattress with mattress topper. I will eventually put a roof top tent for more people. $5 per day fee for propane capped at $20 since I can get a refill for that price .The renter will sign a rental contract to agree to any terms negotiated The trailer is located in Jonesboro and where it will be picked up and returned, if rented you can take it to where you want to go camping . It does have some old soft spots in the floor under he sink area that will be replacing but it is good to go
