Delivery Service Note Regarding TOLLS & FERRIES:
Tolls & Ferry Fees are not included in the milage rate. This is an additional charge.
Tolls & Ferries are reimbursable at time of delivery.
Ferry Fees are the cost of the ferry plus (+) $25.00 Per Hour billed to the nearest 1/4 Hour for wait time from time of arrival at ferry terminal as noted on receipt to time of scheduled departure of the ferry we sail on. Note, Depending on the ferry route it is required that larger or combination vehicles report up to two (2) or more hours prior to departure for inspection.
Delivery Note Regarding International Delivery:
US/Canadian Customs Border Crossings.
Wait Time at the International Border can be quite lengthy depending on time of day, day of the week and time of year. Wait Times at the border are $25.00 Hr from arrival at border till cleared by customs as noted in drivers logbook.

You Get to enjoy the sites in your rental car as the trailer is delivered directly to and set up at the next destination awaiting your arrival.
The owner is also able to help plan an Itinerary allowing you more time to see the important things and make for a memorable trip.

We provide Transportation at or better than Uber or Lyft.

NATIONAL PARKS, MONUMENTS, & SEASHORES TOUR: $500 / Night
This package includes nightly rental of trailer and all Transportation, Delivery and Setup
Including Pickup and Return Transportation to and from RDU "Raleigh Durham Intl. Airport"
DISASTER SERVICES (Government Resource): $400/ per 24 hours Includes base rental fee.
This includes Delivery, Setup, Daily Housekeeping, Cooking Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner 24 Hr On-Call Local Personnel Transportation and Supply Hauling to and from Base Camp to the Disaster Area or as needed

CRAFT SERVICES: $400 / per 24 hours Includes base rental fee.
This includes Delivery, Setup, Daily Housekeeping, Including 24 Hour On-Call local transportation services from hauling to personal transportation.

TOWING REQUIREMENTS:
Looking to save money and tow the vehicle yourself.
Your Tow Vehicle Must Meet The Minimum Requirements,
Ford F-250, Chevy, Dodge, GMC 2500, or Equivalent Tow Vehicle or Greater.
Towing Capacity: Your tow vehicle must have a towing capacity equal to or greater than the Sporttrek 332VBH's GVWR, which is 10,645 lbs. Exceeding the towing capacity can lead to dangerous handling, braking issues, and potential damage to the vehicle. You can find your vehicle's towing capacity in its owner's manual.
Hitch: The trailer hitch on your towing vehicle must be capable of handling the trailer's weight, including its loaded weight and tongue weight.
Braking System: Heavier trailers, like the Sporttrek 332VBH, require a braking system. Ensure your tow vehicle is equipped with a compatible trailer brake controller.
Load Distribution: It's required to use a weight-distribution hitch to help distribute the trailer's weight evenly and minimize bounce and sway.
