We will deliver and set it up for you within a 50-mile radius (delivery fee based on distance). If you’re located farther than 50 miles, feel free to reach out — we may be able to work something out on a case-by-case basis. Delivery fee: - Minimum delivery fee of $75 (this includes drop off and pick up combined) - Base Rate: $3.00/mile one way • Includes delivery, full setup, and pickup • 50-mile max delivery radius = up to $150 one way / $300 round trip Pet Policy - Pets are welcome with prior approval! Pet Fee: Price: $25 per pet Type: Flat rate (per trip) Description: Flat fee for approved pets (no cats allowed). Covers extra cleaning and sanitation after your stay. Pets must be crated when left alone and are not allowed on beds or furniture unless covered. Excessive pet hair or damage may result in additional fees. Please bring pet bedding or blankets if your furry companion is joining you. Pets should not be left unattended inside the trailer unless crated. Remember the hotter it is outside the hotter it is inside. Protect your best friend. Generator Use - Generator available upon request with small daily fee, including cost of gas. $25/day or $75/trip for generator use with $30 flat fee for the gas provided. Generator will be full upon drop off and an extra 5 gallon can will be provided to refill. Perfect for powering A/C, heat, and electronics. Please use respectfully. Cleaning & Prep Fee – $125 This one-time fee helps cover the cost of: • Deep cleaning and sanitizing between rentals • Fresh linens on the Murphy bed • Restocking complimentary toiletries (toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner, dog shampoo, dawn soap, cleaning supplies etc.) • Resetting games, outdoor gear, kitchen items, and supplies • Ensuring the trailer is spotless, fully stocked, and adventure-ready when you arrive! -Dumping the gray and black tanks including black tank clean out Whether you’re setting up in the wild or parking it at home for extra space, this trailer offers the comfort and charm to make every moment count. Add-On: Kayak Rental ( this add on will be available after July 21, 2025) Name: Kayak Rental Price: $30 flat per trip for one or $50 for two; one kid size kayak available, $20 per trip. Type: Optional Add-on Description: Single-person kayak with paddle and life vest included. Perfect for lakes, rivers, or nearby campgrounds. Must be transported and used responsibly. Renter assumes liability for safe use and return in good condition. Add-on: Cabela’s 100-Quart Cooler – Add-On Available Keep your drinks cold and food fresh all weekend long!
