Violation of this policy will result in automatic forfeiture of your entire security deposit, plus any additional costs associated with cleaning, damage, excessive wear, or repairs. We are located in Washington and are happy to offer flexible pick-up locations within 30 minutes of Portland. If you have a preferred pick-up location, please reach out with your intended travel plans and we'll coordinate a location that works best for everyone. For airport pick-ups: during busy holiday periods, the outdoor airport parking lot cannot accommodate our size van. In those cases we meet at Target on NE Cascades Pkwy near the airport for a convenient handoff. We reserve roughly one hour at pick-up to walk you through the van's amenities, systems and how everything works so that you feel fully confident and comfortable before starting your trip.
