PLEASE read the whole description before renting, so you don't miss the part about there not being a top bunk. If you are looking at online floorplans, it looks like there is a top bunk, but we have removed it. Our RV is very comfortable, making your vacation much more enjoyable! Propane heat works while boondocking. Outlets and a/c require shore power. The top bunk has been removed - there is only the bottom (full/double) bed in the bunk section. The mattresses (bottom bed where the bunks used to be and queen in the bedroom) have been upgraded for maximum comfort. ***Winterized from October 15th to May 15th. ***If booked during this period, water will not be available, unless you take it south. Bedding and towels, kitchen and BBQ supplies can all be added to your booking, but are not standard, except for the mattress protectors and fitted sheets (which must be left on). We found many people were bringing and using their own supplies and everything was getting washed unnecessarily, so it will only be provided on request! Bedding and towels for 2 beds/up to 4 people includes: Pillows, sheets, and comforters for the Queen and 3/4 beds. 4 bath towels, hand towels, and face cloths. Bedding and towels for 4 beds/up to 6 people includes: Pillows, sheets, and comforters for the Queen and 3/4 beds. Pillows, sheets, and comforters for the jacknife sofa and convertible dinette. 6 bath towels, hand towels, and face cloths.
