While it doesn't offer a sofa-bed, the sofa has lay flat recliners so two people could sleep there. Additionally, the dinette folds down to a bed for another child (or two) to sleep. We have made some modifications to the RVtrailer We removed the sleep sofa in the living area and replaced it with a sofa with 2 built in recliners that lay back!! The dinette table was not big enough for guests to dine or play card games on, so a custom drop leaf table top was installed. An additional pull up/drop down countertop extension was added to the left of the kitchen sink. Ideal for the coffee pot and condiments. There is more than enough storage areas throughout the RV from the exceptionally large rear bath, to the living area, large kitchen cabinets and the his and hers hanging closets in the forward bedroom. This RV primarily functions from the large inverter or the 50 Amp AC power cord (Included). The only devices that use other sources to operate are the LP Furnace, 3 Burner Cooktop and the LP Water Heater, if desired. 12 Volt systems are the interior and exterior lighting, Dometic Power Awning and the Lippert Slide. The refrigerator is AC powered (No Gas or 12V), Fireplace is AC powered, televisions are AC powered, water heater is dual (Gas and Electric).
