RENTAL AGREEMENT SUMMARY This rental is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the full Rental Agreement, which must be reviewed and signed prior to the rental period. Key provisions include (but are not limited to):    •   No Smoking or Drug Use: Any evidence will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit.    •   No Pets: Pets are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations will result in additional cleaning fees and loss of deposit.    •   Travel Restrictions: Use of the RV is limited to paved roads and established RV parks. Travel on logging roads, forest service roads, beaches, or unmaintained roads is strictly prohibited.    •   Awning Use: Awnings are not covered by insurance and are highly susceptible to damage. Use at your own risk. You will be financially responsible for any damage caused and each awning replacement is a minimum of $3500.    •   Late Checkouts: A $25/hour late fee will apply for any checkout after the scheduled time. Additional charges may apply if your late return impacts other bookings.    •   Cleanliness & Condition: RV must be returned in a reasonably clean condition. Excessive mess or damage will result in a minimum $100 cleaning fee. * Trash: Renters responsible for hauling their own garbage.    •   Damage Reporting: Any damage must be reported immediately. Reimbursement for replaced parts requires return of the defective part along with a receipt.    •   Security Deposit: The security deposit is refundable upon return of the RV in original condition, with no violations of the agreement or additional charges incurred.    •   Appliances & Amenities: Items such as the microwave, air conditioner, grill, and entertainment equipment are provided as conveniences. Malfunction of these items will not result in compensation or refund.    •   Personal Property & Injury: Renters release David & Dulcie Clark from any liability for loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of the RV or any personal items brought on board.    •   Waste Tanks: Dumping service is included in the rental. DO NOT PLACE ANYTHING other than human waste and RV toilet paper(provided) into the toilet. This includes tampons, pads and diapers. This document serves as a summary only.
