West Michigan Adventure Awaits - Delivery & Pick up - Bunkhouse

Our camper is a great way to camp and enjoy the great outdoors in West Michigan. We deliver and pick up so all you have to do is arrive and enjoy! Will Deliver to Newaygo County, Oceana County, Mason County, and Muskegon County, possibly others... We have a queen bed for the "master bedroom" area. The bed will be made with clean linens and blankets when you arrive. It's a bit longer than a normal camper bed as we have a spacer in place at the head of the bed to make it a little longer as we are both tall. The love seat folds out to about a twin size bed. Perfect for a favorite grandchild! I will provide a sheet, pillow and comforter in a cabinet for this bed. This is a nice spot to sit by the open window and enjoy the breeze through the screen door and enjoy the wildlife in the woods around you or view the beautiful sunset over Lake Michigan (or watch your neighbors a little). The dinette folds down into a bed as well. I provide a fitted sheet and some elastic clips to hold the sheet tighter to keep the cushions in place and add comfort. I will provide a pillow and a comforter in a cabinet for this bed as well. The bunk is closer to full size bunk beds. I provide a sheet, comforter, and pillow for both of these. If you have two people sleeping on either of these beds you'll want to bring an extra pillow. ***Minimum age renter is 25. There is an outdoor mat for under the awning at the front door. This makes it nice to help keep the dirt out of your temporary home-away-from-home. If there is a storm, or a chance of a storm, or one in the forecast, please put the awning in to protect yourself, the awning, and our camper. We appreciate you taking care of it like it is precious to you. We always have preferred to keep windows opened at night and, if it's too hot out we use the AC during the day only when we are inside the camper. But the night temperatures in Michigan, especially close to Lake Michigan, are usually cooler and make for pleasant sleeping weather. I have some tips and tricks to help with privacy if you want to keep the door opened while you sleep. I'll share them with you if you'd like during drop off. The kitchen has a sink, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and an outdoor fridge as well. I do provide plates, cups, bowls (for eight), a coffee maker (Keurig & some pods) silverware, pots and pans, knives, and cutting board. There is a toaster as well. If there is something you'd like included, just ask. If I can make it possible, I will. There is a bathroom, with a sink, toilet, tub/shower. But, we prefer the toilet not be used heavily. #1 use only. We've had some experience in the past (older camper) that has us convinced that anything more than #1 should be done in the public restrooms at the campground. NO FEMININE PRODUCTS ARE TO BE PUT IN THE TOILET AT RISK OF LOSING PART OF YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT!!! If you are at a campsite with full hook-up, you would be able to use the shower in the camper no problem. and the sinks. You won't need to worry about over-filling the gray-water tank when you have septic hook-up. That makes camping quite pleasant. There are two TV's, a radio/CD player, a DVD player, some dvd's (not many kids movies), a couple of games, and some cards in the camper for those rainy days when you just want to stay at the campground. But if you didn't know, there are so many trails for hiking and biking in Michigan, I hope you find some time to hit those trails and create some great new memories! With forty years of camping behind us, we have so many memories and we've been to many places. But our favorites are in Ludington. Lake Michigan is amazing and beautiful and provides some of the best sunsets you'll ever see. We hope you find some time to enjoy those beautiful parts of Michigan!
