Measuring 23 feet 7 inches in length and dry weight is just under 4,000 pounds dry, it's easily towable by midsize SUVs or light trucks. Key Features & Amenities Sleeping Capacity: Accommodates up to 3 people with a front queen bed and a convertible dinette. (possibly 4 if children) Rear Bathroom: Spacious full rear bath featuring a toilet, vanity/sink, medicine cabinet, and a 24" x 38" shower. We supply up to 3 towels, 3 hand towels, and 3 wash cloths. 1 roll of toilet paper. Kitchen: Equipped with a two-burner cooktop, convection microwave, large pantry, and a 10 cu. ft. 12V refrigerator. Kitchen is filled with all the necessities such as: cups, plates, bowls, k-style coffee maker, cooking/eating utensils, 1 roll of paper towels, and basic cleaning supplies. Outdoor Kitchen: Includes a griddle, prep shelf, and spray port for convenient outdoor cooking. Outdoor storage allows extra space as well as space to store rugs and camping chairs. Climate Control: Features a 15,000 BTU air conditioner and a 20,000 BTU furnace for year-round comfort. Entertainment: Comes with a multi-zone Bluetooth stereo system and a tv that faces the bedroom or out into living space thanks to an articulating mount. Convenience Features: Includes a power tongue jack and a 15' electric awning with LED lighting. NOTE: Awning usage is only permitted if a usage waiver is signed. Otherwise, we offer a 10x10 pop up canopy instead.
