Master Bedroom: -Queen bed with linens and pillows Bunkhouse: -Three bunkbeds with linens and pillows -Small 2 person dinette that folds down into a bed (linens provided for this on request) Living Area: -Smart TV -Couch that folds into bed (linens provided for this on request) -Fireplace (visual or electric heat) -U-shaped dinette. Take the table out for extra couch seating or to fold down into bed (linens provided for this on request) Kitchen: -Refrigerator and freezer -Large sink with cup rinser -Paper plates, plastic cups and plastic utensils provided -Pots, pans, cutting mat, dish drying mat, crock pot -3 burner stove and oven with hot pads -Paper towels, napkins, and trash bags -Keurig with basic k-cups -Toaster Bathroom -Shower -Toilet paper -Bath towels and hand towels Outside: -22 inch table top Blackstone grill with utensils -Large awning (please make sure it is retracted while windy, storms, when leaving the RV, and overnight) -Outdoor kitchen (small fridge, ice maker, two gas burners) -Six camping chairs -Fire starter -Two foldable outdoor tables -Outdoor shower -Clothes drying rack -Large Outdoor canopy to set up -Water hose, all connections to connect RV to full hookup site If the place you are staying is a full hookup or has a place to dump tanks there will be no additional charge for that during pick up. If there is no place to empty tanks then there will be $100 fee for host having to empty them off site.
