It sleeps 6 adults comfortably, and there's plenty of room in the main area to set up a pack n play crib. The Toy Hauler is light, with a dry weight of 5,578lbs. Both the water heater & fridge work on either gas or electric. Has a interstate battery, 2 propane tanks, and a generator. It comes fully stocked with everything you'll need!
