This half ton towable RV has plenty of sleeping room for everyone. Full sized bunk beds, Large U-Shape dinette makes into bed, and queen private mater suit with its own AC. 30' total length from hitch to rear bumper, USB charging ports, 1 TV,, outside gas cook top griddle, sink, and mini Fridge, large bathroom, 1 large slide, fresh water holding tank, electric tongue jack, 4 electric stabilizing jacks, and plenty of kitchen storage. NOTE: !!!!!!!!!! Tow vehicle must be capable of towing 8000lbs or more. Load level hitch will be provided. When requesting your booking, please provide your tow vehicle information! Your tow vehicle must be equipped with a class 3 tow hitch and have an electric trailer brake controller with a 7 pin connector. Weight distribution hitch will be provided. What's included??? The RV will be supplied with basic kitchen cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups, eating utensils, pots & pans, cutting board, Coffee maker, kitchen hand towels, 1 roll of paper towels, small dish soap bottle, dish sponge, hotel style hand soap, Bath towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, Trash cans with 2 trash bags, Power cord and adapters, water hose, sewer hose, leveling blocks, wheel chocks, and weight distribution/sway control hitch will be provided and must be used. ****Please make sure if you have a hitch lock on your truck, BRING THE KEY)!!! Pick up time starts at 10:00AM and Return time is by 4:00PM. Additional fees may apply for late returns. A day earlier pick up than reservation date for loading time is NOT an option. We ask that you please dump your sewer prior to return. If you are unable too there is a $45.00 charge. Please Refill your propane prior to return. There is a Tractor Supply on Hwy 377 just down from our location that can refill it for you. There will be a $50 charge for not refilled propane.
