This is a spacious Grand Design MAV 27! Perfect for a weekend get away with the kid riding dirt bikes and four wheelers or even just relaxing on a porch with the back door elevated. You can comfortably sleep 4 people but if you wanted you can squeeze 6-8 with the air mattress provided in the door. You can also haul 1 four wheeler or 3 dirt bikes properly tied down. When the day is done you have an outside shower that you can hose down yourself and your bike before loading. This unit has a 100 gallon fresh water tank if you are dry camping with an instant hot water heater.
