($50 charge plus groceries) - Please ensure that the black and grey water tanks are emptied upon the conclusion of your rental or a fee will apply. Extensive Cleaning Fee: This fee only applies, if more extensive cleaning is needed upon return of rental. $50 per hour of extensive cleaning. Please treat this RV as if it was your own.
