Overview
Our renters love "The Big Dipper," so we added this one to the fleet as a compliment. This one is hot off the presses, so please forgive the limited snowy photos, I will update them as soon as things warm up! The Little Dipper is lighter weight and comes in at under 30 feet so it is a dream to tow and fits in the majority of campsites. Don't let the name fool you, though. The Little Dipper is packed with features that make it comfortable for a larger family or group. In the front, there is a private queen bedroom. The living area has a beautiful entertainment center with a 43" TV (not pictured yet because it is currently 4 degrees out as I write this). Under the TV is a cozy electric fireplace. For seating, there is a roomy U-Shaped dinette that converts into another large bed. The kitchen is fully stocked, has a large fridge, microwave, stove and oven. In the back, there are large double bunks and a bathroom with it's own separate entrance-which really helps reduce the floor messes.
Outside, there is another entertainment area where a TV can be placed (again, I will get that and photos for you when it's not 4 degrees out). There is also an outdoor shower and pet leash area.
Why book with us? We are family owned and operated and truly love our business. Our service is friendly and personalized. Each of our units has a unique theme and is decorated as such. All of them are fully outfitted with kitchen ware, paper plates and towels, salt, pepper, olive oil, TV's, Movies, games, a few kid toys and books, and so much more. Pack your personal belongings and leave the rest of the packing to us! Worry less, adventure more!
We get a lot of inquiries for extra sleeping space at the cabin/lake house. We are happy to accommodate with the following parameters.
-Make sure you have a flat area with enough space to park the camper, access to water is a plus
-Due to damage/issues with our electric systems in the past, unless you have an electrician installed 30 amp tower, we REQUIRE you to rent one of our generators to power the unit. Campers run on 30 amp and many house/cabin electrical systems cannot handle that, especially if you try to run AC.
-Our campers are not bathroom facilities for all of your guests. Yeah, that's happened too. So no, just no.
-If the person staying in the rental is not present, it is YOUR responsibility to go through the training with us and to relay that to the person staying in there. Again, this has happened, not trying to be a meanie, just don't love getting the "this or that doesn't work" texts when people are trying to figure things out on their own-and that can also cause damage.
Anyway, thank you so much for your interest. We have several units if you need accommodations for more! Feel free to reach out with any questions! We appreciate you!
