This is a beautiful travel trailer that has all the options. There are two AC units! Two separate bedrooms with doors. A total of 3 beds, a fold down couch that becomes another bed, and a dining table that also becomes a bed. The two seat couch reclines and lights up. Has a kitchen island and a fireplace, as well as a pantry. The master bedroom has been upgraded with a large flat screen TV for those rainy or cooler nights to cuddle up and watch a movie. Three slide outs and an outdoor kitchen with another fridge for your cold beverages. The bathroom has had its shower head upgraded for more flow and better water control. Storage everywhere. Surround sound system with DVD player built in that also has external speakers. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, silverware, children's plates, cups, silverware, and a keurig (including coffee). Linens are provided for all beds. Bath towels, kitchen towels are provided. There are outdoor rugs, camp chairs and more. Bathroom includes a spacious shower and storage for all of your personal items. We provide toilet paper specifically made for RV's as any other paper can damage the holding tanks. Please do not throw any feminine products, paper towels, baby wipes or any other products in the toilet. Delivery within 35 miles is included with the rental. Delivery exceeding 35 miles incurs an additional fee of $3.50 per mile that will be calculated upon approval. Awning is not available for use - any tampering with the awning will result in losing your entire deposit as well as any costs to repair. We have provided a 10 x 10 pop up canopy to be used in its place. However, if camper is not occupied, high winds, or storms develop - it must be collapsed. Renter takes responsibility for replacement if used and any damage caused by the canopy. Canopy is NOT to be secured to the camper - there are stakes provided to secure in the ground.
