If you know anything about RVs, you know that Grand Design Momentums are known to be THE BEST toy haulers ever built. They are quality throughout. This has a spacious master bedroom with a king bed and lots of closet space. The bathroom features a full-size walk-in shower (not one of those tiny ones that most have), and plenty of room to maneuver. In the living room, you'll find an electric fireplace, surround sound, double-fridge, island for cooking/serving, and a full size dual sink. The microwave, gas cook top (5 burner) and full size oven making cooking away from home a breeze. The loft has an oversize Twin bed, and you can sleep another adult on the oversized 100" extra wide brand new sofa. All beds, sofa and generator are brand new as of 2024. The garage is 13' long and has a suspended deck with railings that can be setup for enjoying the view over the lake, river or mountain. It's our favorite spot to hangout and sometimes we even grill off the back. Inside the garage is an extra dining table that converts to a queen bed, and a queen bed above (bunk bed style) for max sleeping capacity. You'll find 4 LCD TVs, and bluetooth surround sound speakers throughout the RV including 1 in the master bedroom, 1 in the living room, 1 in the garage, and 1 outside for tailgating. The RV has 3 air conditioning units to keep you ice cold even in the heat of summer, and has FOUR SEASON insulation (not 3 season like most) for keeping you warm or cool and protected from the elements all year round. Tons of storage space both in the garage, in the bedroom, and in the basement storage compartments. The Dual Axle 5th wheel trailer has an Anderson Hitch, which I include in the rental for easy towing. If you've never used one, you'll love it. It makes it way easier to hitch up to your truck, and a more comfortable tow with less noise, bumps and vibrations. You can't go wrong with this.
