The Country PA Camper of Bailey

A hybrid camper set up in the country in Bailey, NC near some pretty cool rural attractions such as The Country Doctor Museum, Contentnea Christmas light show, Dean's Farm Market, the Spring Hope Pumpkin Festival, Big Daddy's Christmas Light show for up to two registered guests over age 13. This is a stationary rental, meaning you have guaranteed accommodations whereas sites at private campgrounds or public campgrounds can be booked up months to a year in advance. Avoid bathhouses and rowdy neighbors, come stay with us. Hybrid campers are unique in that they have sleeping areas that are tents so you can feel like a kid again camping out in nature. This camper is set up on the edge of our 0.25 acre property in rural Bailey, NC under mature trees and next to a wooded area. This is a tobacco, alcohol, and drug free property. See camper policies. Guest access You can use the immediate area next to the camper on the camper side of the main gravel driveway. During your stay The fastest way to reach us is through the Outdoorsy app. You may also ring the doorbell to the upstairs level of the main house across the drive. Other things to note Cell phone reception on the property can be spotty depending on carrier. Verizon and AT&T are better than others. Wifi calling is best and we have a shared internet phone in the welcome area for local calling as a courtesy. Guest wifi can be picked up from the main house network. RVs and tent campers are by nature louder than homes. You are sleeping in a tent so background, country traffic noise, and environmental noises are unavoidable. We have a friendly dog on the property. Please do not call her or she may tackle you and give you kisses. She is friendly and mostly quiet but like children she may occasionally bark or not obey quiet hours. We keep her on leash or chain for her safety under our supervision. She occasionally is allowed to roam free or on the chain for exercise. She is on a special diet so please do not feed her. Any interaction with her is at your own risk. Her space is the front yard. You will be staying in our favorite hybrid tent camper with space for up to two adults plus luggage and room to spread out. The business traveler or locum tenens medical provider will love the easy commute to Wilson Medical Center (20min), Nash General (25 minutes) Reckitt Pharmaceuticals (15 minutes) , Perdue Pharmaceuticals, Glaxo Smith Kline, and ECU's famous Country Doctor Museum of Bailey (10 min). RDU airport is about an hour away. We are 1.5 hours from the NC Inland waterway.
