Want to get away? We have your home away from home for your adventure and all you need to bring is your clothes, food and hygiene essentials. Your entire family can travel to your destination in comfort and safety with the seat belts at the dinette and the sofa. Very easy to drive with power to climb the mountains and rear camera to keep an eye on the road you are leaving behind. Once you get to the ocean, desert, national forest, NASCAR, or music festival you can boondock (no hook ups to electric, water or sewer) because you are self contained with a 40 gallon fresh water tank, onboard generator and propane. If you prefer a campground all the hoses and cables are ready for you. The kids will love sleeping over the cab with their own smart tv in the main area (markers, crayons, paper, indoor/outdoor games included), the grown-ups will sleep sound in the queen size bed with the privacy of their own smart tv. (All bedding is included.) The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials to cook a great campsite dinner. Eating under the stars, or retractable awning, makes everything taste amazing but the large dinette is an option in inclement weather. It also doubles as an extra sleeping area along with the jackknife sofa. (Outdoor mat, folding table and 2 chairs included.) Of course, the necessary bathroom has a full shower, porcelain toilet and sink. (6 bath towels, toilet paper and hand soap included.) The furnace warms up the brisk nights and AC cools off the warm days. This is also a wonderful opportunity to experience the amazing RV life before committing to a purchase. We have owned both a bumper pull and Class C. We would suggest trying both to see what works for your adventurous lifestyle. -Unlimited miles -Pets allowed but renters are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning if necessary. This extra charge would be deducted from security deposit. -Renters are responsible for any tickets, tolls, tows and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded. -No smoking allowed. Smoking in the RV will result in a $500 fee -We don't expect you to wash the outside of the RV upon return, after all this is why you are renting, but please respect our 2nd home and sweep out, dispose of all garbage, wipe down the interior, refuel and empty tanks. All used linens and towels we ask you throw into the shower. (Optional Add-ons available re. refueling gas, propane and dumping tanks). -Towing is allowed with prior approval. Message us for details. -Pick up times are flexible. We can even deliver to your campsite or home for your convenience with small additional fee based on mileage.
