A Few Important Notes We take great pride in maintaining the Touring Transit in top condition, and we want to ensure every adventure is smooth and safe. To help us achieve this, we ask all renters to follow a few important guidelines: Usage & Operational Rules Road Restrictions: The RV is designed for adventure, but it must only be operated on surfaces classified as trail class 4 or higher (or equivalent) according to the National Forest System. Contact us for details about trail classifications. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the RV at all times to ensure a clean and fresh environment for all renters. Pets Welcome: We love pets! However, please note that a $100 cleaning fee applies when bringing your furry friend along. No Towing: Towing or pulling anything with the RV is not allowed for safety and maintenance reasons. Legal Use Only: The RV must be used in compliance with all state and federal laws. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Additional Important Information Telematics Monitoring: The RV is equipped with a Telematics device that tracks location, driving data, and various operational metrics. This information may be monitored to ensure the vehicle is being used safely and responsibly. Return Policy: The RV must be returned to the same location where it was picked up unless a written agreement is in place. Abandoning the RV will result in significant recovery fees and additional charges. Fuel & Cleaning: Fuel: The RV’s fuel level must match or exceed the level noted at pickup. If not, a $100 refueling fee will be applied. Toilet: The self-contained toilet is available for use but must be returned clean and empty. Failure to do so will result in a $150 cleaning fee. Things to Keep in Mind Air Conditioning: The RV’s air conditioning only functions in the driving (cab) portion while the engine is running. Extended idling is not permitted for safety reasons (carbon monoxide risk), and there is no A/C in the “house” area of the RV. Bicycles: Bicycles may be shown in photos and are for demonstration purposes only and are not included in the rental. We want to ensure full transparency, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need clarification.
