FR3 34DS - mini home on wheels, family and pet friendly

After a fun-filled day outdoors, it's nice to have a space to relax with plenty of space for everyone. Recliners, large dinette, and swiveling captain chairs offer plenty of seating. We have a bath and a half (which is so nice!). The half-bath is accessible with the slides in. Sleeping: king-size bed, dinette bed, and bunk over the cab. There is a mattress protector for the bed and we will have linens available in case you need them. The bunk over the cab has not been used. We love camping with our furbabies, so we are okay with yours joining you. There is even a screen door protector. Kitchen: Extra large refrigerator runs on electric or propane. There is a 3 burner range, oven, and full-size microwave. We keep a 5-cup coffee maker inside. Outside is a propane quick connect. Conservative use of propane is ok so you can cook and run the refrigerator while you drive. If you use more than 1/4 of the tank, we ask that you replace what you use. Entertainment: 2 TVs inside, 1 outdoor. TV antenna works and there is an HDMI input available. The stereo system plays indoors and/or outdoors with the flip of a switch. Electrical: You'll want 50A service to run both ACs. Otherwise, 30A should be plenty. The solar panels are enough to keep the chassis battery charged for lights, slides, etc. Water: There is a whole-home filter on the city water input. We keep a pressure regulator in there, just in case. Considering delivery to Virginia Beach or surrounding areas? We will deliver free for locations within 40 miles of us.
