Having transitioned from renters to full-time RV enthusiasts, we named our RV "Joy" with the hope that it brings you as much happiness and memories as it does us. With comfortable accommodations for up to “8 guests”, it’s designed for adventure! Highlights of Joy: -Spacious Living: Enjoy a separate master bedroom with bathroom access—your private retreat away from the group. -Well-Equipped Kitchen: Fully stocked with a gas stove, oven, microwave, full-size fridge/freezer, and all the essentials (dishes, pots/pans, utensils, cutting board, coffee maker, toaster, and more) to whip up your favorite meals. -Sleep Like a Dream: Featuring a queen-size bed in the master, a fold-out Jack knife couch, a convertible dinette, bunk beds, and a full-size overhead bed with a safety rail to keep little ones secured and a panoramic window to sleep under the stars. -Convenient Amenities: All linens, towels, and RV-safe toilet paper are provided and tailored to your guest count. -HD Smart TV in the living area. -Accessible Bathroom: Dual access to the bathroom and shower from both the master bedroom and main cabin, plus a separating door for added privacy. -Ample Storage: A large rear trunk is perfect for all your gear. -Outdoor Fun: Includes 4 camping chairs, an outdoor rug, a small table, and a large electric patio awning with LED lights to enhance your camping experience. Important Information: - Pick Up: 4 PM - Drop Off: 10 AM Flexibility for Pick up/Drop off times needs to be at the agreed upon time and respected or I will charge $35 for each hour late up to 5 hours for my time, then additional night will be charged. - Parking: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate parking for your vehicle during your trip. - Restrictions: NO festivals, tailgating, smoking, or pets allowed.
