A/C unit in master with thermostat control. Master bathroom has corner shower, sink with mirror, toilet, and electric vent. Kitchen has a small oven with 3 burner stovetop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and a pantry for food storage. Living room has 3 person reclining couch, the outside seats heat and vibrate, 42 inch TV with streaming DVD Blu-ray Player, Bluetooth Radio with indoor and outdoor speakers. Electric fireplace with heat. A/C unit in living room with thermostat control. Camper control panel is labeled and located in the living room. A glass door separates the living area from the enclosed garage area. The garage area has bunk style beds and a half bath, sleeping up to 4 people. The upper bunk is a queen bed, (max weight 200lbs.). The lower bunk is a full bed Electric or propane hot water heater. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Two awnings with lights for outdoor shade. 2 small pets allowed upon approval. $75.00 pet fee per animal.
