37 foot with 2 bedrooms a cozy master bedroom with a queen size been and a separate ac unit. Walk into the living rooms and kitchen with an oven and stove to cook all the food you need while watching tv in the living room. Guest room has a fold out couch with 2 additional bunk style beds for the kids. Step outside in the shade with awning and lighting to set the relaxing mood. If you need a cold beverage instead of taking up space in the main fridge use the mini fridge in the outdoor compartment. After the night as ended clean off with the stand up shower inside.
