Welcome! We purchased this new 21-foot bunkhouse trailer for our family to create lasting memories and we hope your family will too. It sleeps up to 5 people, but is more comfortable with 2 adults and 2-3 children. It has a full-size bed and a dinette that converts into another bed (dinette probably more comfortable for kiddos). Our trailer has many premium upgrades to make the experience comfortable and fun. A dinette, full kitchen including sink, electric fridge/freezer, 3 burner gas stove, oven, and microwave. A full bathroom includes a shower, small bathtub, toilet and fold away sink. We prefer to do all cooking outside and provide a Blackstone griddle that easily attaches to the equipped propane line and there's also a cooking table to use under the awning. Rental includes: Linens for full size mattress and bunk beds (please bring your blankets or sleeping bags) Fleece throw blankets (2) 2 inch gel memory foam topper on full size mattress Waterproof mattress protector pads (on full size mattress and bunk beds) Waterproof pillow protector (on every pillow) Ceramic, non stick pots and pans Basic cooking utensils Paper plates, bowls, paper towels Plasticware Coffee mugs Wine glasses (2) Wine bottle opener Zip lock bags Aluminum foil Dish soap Dish sponge (replaced with new for each rental) Seasonings Cutting board Cutting knifes Lighter Scissors 8 piece mixing bowl set, with sifter and measuring cups 5 piece stackable cooking tools (peeler, grater, pizza cutter, bottle opener, zester) Games Entry mat First aid kit **RV toilet paper (please only use provided toilet paper) Blackstone griddle accessories kit 12 piece camping cooking utensil set Camping Light String Retractable portable clothesline Outdoor rug Wheel chocks Leveling blocks *Please plan to bring your own towels, blankets or sleeping bags How do we clean between rentals? -Wash all bedding on high heat/sanitize mode with sanitizer. -Sheets are washed with bleach -Sweep and mop with sanitizer -Vacuum blinds and dinette cushions -Wipe all surfaces with sanitizing wipes (every surface area!) -Windows opened and aired out -Interior rug washed on high heat/sanitize mode Extra features includes: Slide out (added space), exterior speakers, outdoor shower and 14ft awning with lights. It is equipped with solar that powers the refrigerator when not connected to an electrical source. Also, includes air conditioning and heat, USB outlets, a 120 Volt Inverter to keep electronics going, 32” TV, Bluetooth connectivity, stereo (used via the TV). Safety: Carbon monoxide, smoke detectors, and fire extinguisher.
