Overhead full sized bed loft with access ladder, Dinette that makes into a twin sized bed, and rear master queen bed. (bed folds up while slide out is in). TV, microwave oven, gas cook top, fridge/freezer, Propane generator, (NOTE: LP generator will run a max of 14hrs on one tank of propane), fresh water holding tank, a stocked kitchen for your cooking needs, and many upgraded features on this loaded out RV. Auto leveling jacks, electric awing and much more. What's included??? The RV will be supplied with basic kitchen cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups, eating utensils, pots & pans, cutting board, Coffee maker, kitchen hand towels, 1 roll of paper towels, small dish soap bottle, dish sponge, hotel style hand soap, Bath towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, Trash cans with 2 trash bags, Power cord and adapters, water hose, sewer hose, and leveling blocks. (Note:Bedding is not included with the RV) Bedding can be added for an additional $45 upon request. This a NON SMOKING rental. If smoked in, you will loose the entire $1500 deposit and will not be refunded. This is a NO PETS allowed RV! PICK UP TIME: is at 10:00 RETURN TIME: Is at 4:00 PM Additional late fees may apply for late returns. Scheduled pick up times need to be coordinated as we have multiple RVs in our fleet. We ask that you please dump your sewer prior to return. If you are unable too there is a $45.00 charge. Please Refill your propane prior to return. There is a Tractor Supply on Hwy 377 or U-Haul just down from our location that can refill it for you. There will be a $50 charge for not refilled propane. We have add ons that can be added at pick up such as camping chairs, grilles, and services.
