Full bathroom with shower (tub), toilet, and sink. Air conditioning and heating (includes a small space heater) for hot or cold weather comfort. Roku TV and Bluetooth speakers for music inside and out. Enjoy the outdoor space with electric awning for shade and outdoor lounging. Beds are made with fresh linens and comforter with extra blankets stocked. Bath towels for 5, hand towels, kitchen towels and cloths are provided as well as basic kitchen supplies. Fully equipped with all the amenities you need, including a Keurig coffee maker with K cups and toaster. This camper has on demand hot water, solar power, electric awning with track lighting and Bluetooth speakers inside and outside. We will deliver, set up and pick up the trailer for a fee of $100, $3.00 per mile over 25 miles. This set up makes it easy for you to arrive and be ready to enjoy your camping experience. QR code is located on the front of the camper to locate the user manual and and tips you may need while you're camping. Must be returned clean - trash taken out, floors swept, dishes cleaned and returned to cabinets. If the camper is returned dirty, a $150 excessive cleaning fee will be charged. $50 dump fee if you use this camper in a campground without a dump station. There is no fee to dump if it is used in a campground that has a dump station. Other things to note: No smoking or vaping permitted in or near the camper. If evidence of smoking is found, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged.
