Has A/C & heat (with "fireplace" for ambience). Windows & door are treated with heat/privacy coverings. Very nice microwave/convection oven/air fryer combination unit with extra cooking adapters. Lots of extras included: Keurig coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dinnerware, games, bedding, towels. Some optional add-ons are: camp grill/stove, 5 camp chairs, see list for many other options . Bathroom shower and toilet. Ample storage in overhead bins, under bunks & cubbies. Cleaned thoroughly, inspected & sanitized before each use. Discount available to veterans.
