2024 East to West Alta King Bunk house w/ 2 AC's & Outdoor Kitchen

This 2024 East to West Alta 2800KBH travel trailer was purchased brand new in June of 2024. It will sleep 5 adults comfortably or a family of up to about 6 comfortably. We have outfitted it with all the basic necessities to enjoy your outdoor experience. Here is a little bit about the trailer: Sleeping Arrangements: There is a residential King bed with a memory foam topper in the primary bedroom area along with a private access door from the outside directly into the bedroom via a solid 3 step entry ladder (no wobbly pull down steps on the entire trailer). There are two twin size bunks in the rear of the trailer and a pullout sofa that turns into a full size bed in the living room. All windows have blackout roller shades, and both doors have pull up window shades as well, so you can keep the light out as much as possible to sleep in late. The prep fee will include clean bedding (Sheets, Pillows, and Pillow Cases only) for all beds mentioned above along with 4 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 wash cloths. If you anticipate wanting blankets please remember to bring some. Comfort: This is a 50AMP trailer with two air conditioning units to handle just about any type of day you can throw at it. Control the main air conditioner and water heater with easy to use digital controls in the kitchen area. The large 10.7 CU ft Refrigerator/Freezer should handle everything you need for a wonderful week in the outdoors (7.3 Cu ft Fridge / 3.4 Cu Ft Freezer). There is also an additional refrigerator located in the outdoor kitchen area on the camp side of the trailer (note this refrigerator only works when connected to shore power or a generator as it is not on the 12V circuit). The indoor refrigerator also has external temperature monitoring for both the freezer and the refrigerator so you know your food stays safe (this refrigerator runs 24/7 on the 12V batteries and stays topped off with the two solar panels if dry camping without hookups). Both entry doors (primary bedroom and living room) feature drop down full size three step entry ladders that are much more stable than typical pull out rv steps. The trailer also has 4 individual electric stabilizer jacks that are push button activated (stabilizing only, not for leveling purposes). Leveling is accomplished via included leveling blocks and is easily done with a Beechlane bluetooth leveling device installed in the trailer (please remember to download the app prior to use). Entertainment: There is a 40" flat screen Google TV with Roku interface and Roku Sound bar in the living area that will be setup in guest mode, so you can access all of your favorite subscribed streaming services if you connect to wifi or a hotspot on your phone. There is also a separate soundbar inside with bluetooth connectivity and speakers outside to listen to your favorite campsite music. There is a 24" Roku TV in the primary bedroom as well. There is a large power awning on the camp side of the trailer and we have included a patio mat along with two zero gravity loungers and cocktail table. Trashcans for outside and inside are also included along with trash bags. Cooking: There is a microwave, 3 burner stove, oven, large stainless steel sink, outdoor griddle and outdoor refrigerator for those campfire beverages.
