This camper is best with electricity if possible to fully enjoy all the features. ***This camper is offered for delivery only, with a 75 mile radius allowed. *** The sleeping arrangements include a queen-size bed (RV queen measuring 75 inches long and 60 inches wide), 2 bunks, and a convertible dinette, providing plenty of room for up to 5 people. The rear bunks measure in at 79 inches long, 29 inches wide and have a 300-pound sleeping capacity per bunk. Important Notices: Trailer Cleaning: Please return the trailer in the same clean condition as it is received, although we don’t expect it to be as deeply cleaned and sanitized as we are able to. The mandatory cleaning fee is designed to cover our time and cost to get the trailer back to the deep cleaned, sanitized condition. Delivery: Although we charge for a deliver fee, we do reserve the right to determine if a delivery location is safe and suitable for the trailer. Please provide an exact delivery location during the rental process. Ex. “Jellystone Campground – Caledonia” vs letting us know the trailer will be delivered to Caledonia. We are flexible with delivery times; however, we may also have other deliveries or other matters scheduled, so we reserve the discretion on the ability to meet delivery time requests. With respect to campground or RV park check-in/check-out times, we generally adhere to the campground/RV Park requirements (some campgrounds/RV parks will allow early/late delivery/pick-ups per the renter’s request). Campground Reservation: This rental is for the RV only. All campsite reservations must be made personally by the renter.
