***SPECIAL NOTES AND EXPECTATIONS BEFORE YOU BOOKING WITH US.
These are the things we expect our renters to take care of when they return our RV. If you choose to rent our vehicle we like to make sure all of our renters understand these things before you book with us. That way there is no misunderstandings for either parties involved on what is expected. All the add on's I will be listing below are expectations and must be added as add ons in the beginning if you want us to do it for you otherwise you will be expected to do them.. . Otherwise we will deduct these add on fees after you return the vehicle and you can find out how much these add ons fees are in our add on section. If we have to deduct them after you return they will come out of your deposit so we just want to make sure this is very clear for you if you plan to rent our RV and so there are no misunderstandings of what these fee's are if you forget. If you do add them as add ons in the beginning we will gladly take care of these services for you. We do leave this as an optional add on in case you want to save the money and do them for yourself. Some of our renters are capable and willing to do these services on their own and we wanted to give them that option.
***ADD ONS THAT ARE REQUIRED BEFORE RENTING OUR RV IF NOT DOING THEM YOURSELF.
- Black and grey tanks need to be emptied upon return or fee upon return apply see add ons.
- The gas tank needs to be filled to what it was when you left (full) or fee upon return apply please see add ons for these fee amounts..
-We expect our renters to clean the vehicle inside after the trip is over and before returning. (The cleaning fee at the beginning of booking is only covering the cost to get the RV prepped and ready to go for your trip and not for when it returns.) See cleaning fee upon return in add ons. If this is not done this add on fee will be charged after the trip.
(The only things we don't except our renters to clean inside are the sheets and towels. Please just place them on top of the bed and we will take care of those upon return. )
-We also expect our renters to return the unit within our stated time frames that we have outlined in our agreement or the add on fee will apply for late return fee once returned. Please just pay very close attention to these times, that way we don't have any conflicts for our next renters next in line and you don't get charged extra for this.
