Overview
Low Miles and in very nice condition. Everything works, it's turn-key ready to go. Everything, all coach/"house" systems and mechanicals recently checked and serviced by master RV tech and mechanic both local. Recent service & parts replaced: Full set of new batteries: chassis & "house" New set of tires all the way around New engine starter motor New house water pump New modern water-saving toilet All soft surfaces: carpet, window coverings & upholstery professionally steam cleaned The Onan Marquis (Cummins) Generator fully serviced. With only 64k miles on the odometer, that's almost nothing for the Ford 460 V8 F53 gas engine and chassis. It's been well cared-for and stored under covered parking so the roof is in great shape, no leaks. From the outside it may show some age but from where you sit, it's really nice and super comfortable inside but most importantly, everything works. It has every possible option & hook-up that was available at the time, top-of-the-line. The interior was completely redone with kind of a funky cool yet subtle Southwestern theme by a professional interior designer who had access to really high-end materials at-cost so there were some nice extra touches added and then all of the carpeting & upholstery throughout was replaced. If you're new to RVs it can be daunting, just know that this one has been well-maintained and is fully functional inside and out and it's surprisingly maneuverable so don't worry if you've never driven anything like this before, and the ground clearance is great too, no problems going off-pavement, dirt roads, remote campsites, etc. A Class-C driver's license is all that is needed to drive it. In a word, it's a gem and we love it but we've not used it as much as we thought we would so we're begrudgingly ready to sell it. The details: Sleeps 6 (4 adults comfortably) 2 Roof A/C units blow cold all day log in 100+ Degree heat. We've always tried to keep it in good shape because we planned to keep it, never deferring any maintenance to ensure it was always in tip-top condition. It's ready for the next adventures, just load it up and hit the open roads... We are Bay Area locals however due to a recent hefty storage-rate increase, we decided to move it to a storage facility near Carson City, NV where the rates were much cheaper. One last thing: if you aren't familiar with RVs/Motor Homes that’s no problem, we'll make sure to walk you through all of the systems and explain/demonstrate how each of them work. We'll also provide references to qualified RV technicians and mechanics as good ones can be hard to find, and ours are excellent. Thanks for reading and feel free to respond and we'll do our best to answer any questions you might have.
