We are temporarily offering a winter discount of only $90/Night. All that we ask of you is to please leave an honest review. We would greatly appreciate it! We are open to long term stays. Additionally, we are offering 20% off on stays over 28 days or longer and offering 10% off on stays 7 days or longer. Our trailer has been taken care of and well maintained. The trailer underwent a full inspection in July 2024 at Major RV Sales (dealership) in Hesperia where we purchased our RV. All of the maintenance has been completed at this dealership. Everything is in excellent condition, and there are no issues with our trailer. We have a 2022 Forest River Salem 30 QBSS travel trailer and it is loaded. It sleeps eight people comfortably and is very spacious. The trailer would be perfect for families and friends to enjoy. It has a private bunkhouse with three bunk beds and a small dinette. In addition, there is a queen size bed in the master bedroom. The trailer has a TV in the living room and a TV in the bedroom. It also has a fireplace, interior/exterior Bluetooth speakers, an outdoor mini fridge, an outdoor shower, and an outdoor flat-top grill. In addition, the trailer has a large awning with an LED light strip, two propane tanks, one air conditioner, and heater, The trailer is approximately 34 feet long, weighs just under 7,000 pounds (dry), has one large slide, and a outdoor griddle/mini refrigerator. Please treat our trailer respectfully and, most importantly, have fun! The trailer includes cleaning supplies so please pick up after yourselves and return it to us how you received it.
