Unlimited Mileage with Fair Use Guidelines (For rentals 5 days or more): Case-by-case, I am willing to accommodate all trips. I am offering unlimited mileage with the freedom to travel wherever the road takes you. However, I ask that you use the motorhome responsibly and avoid excessive long-distance driving that could result in significant wear and tear. If you have a specific destination across the states, let me know the approximate mileage you may be travelling so that we can come up with fair usage together. For rentals 5 days or longer, please keep in mind that reasonable mileage is expected. Excessive mileage beyond what’s agreed upon or typical for leisure travel (consistently exceeding 200-250 miles per day) could result in additional charges to cover extra wear and maintenance. If you drive significantly more than average, an additional charge of $0.35 per mile may apply for any extra miles beyond the expected usage. Pet fee for trips of 4 days or less: A flat fee of $100 per pet will be charged. Pet fee for trips longer than 4 days: For rentals exceeding 4 days, the fee is $25 per day per pet. Pet disclosure: All renters must disclose the type and number of pets they plan to bring before booking. No additional pets are allowed during the rental period. Renter responsibility: Renters are solely responsible for any additional cleaning fees or damages caused by their pets. The pet fee covers general cleaning; however, any excess cleaning or damages will incur additional charges. All renters will be held responsible for any excessive messes regardless.
