Pop out makes it worth it. 24 doesn’t seem like 24 no more. Bathroom is bigger than normal trailers. It is very worth it. I have a family of 6 and we do good in it. Has Bluetooth for radio i know i put aux but it didn’t give me Bluetooth options. Out side speakers built in grill on the outside. Doesn’t cost extra for the grill just propane. Has a Roku tv so if your site has WiFi , knock yourself out. NO SMOKING and plz no vaping ik vape doesn’t smell bad but it does fog windows up over time. Ik , I’m ex vaper. I will charge for smoking 200 dollar fee. One way rental okay as long as it’s not pass 100 miles. Military and first responder get 20 percent off. Must show proof. No exceptions. Message me before booking if you are looking for this discount. Must supply your own gas for generator. Also you must add generator with the add on or you will not receive it. It comes with a full tank of gas after that you must supply it. We have a gas can you can use. There is a dumping and cleaning fee. If you dump it yourself then there is no fee. Late fee will be charge if you don’t make the drop off window. For pick up if you say 7am, 7am is 7am not 12pm. I will charge a late fee if you are 30 mins late. If you keep me updated we can work through the late fee as long as it’s not a hour and a half late. Our storage closes at 7pm we need time to clean and do maintenance if need be. *****Must check generator on add on or you won’t receive the generator. Pick up time can be early but you have to be there on time. No more then 30 mins late
