Absolutely no smoking in the camper. Will offer delivery only no personal driving of the camper. We can workout a delivery/pickup time that works for both of us. Outdoor shower, sink and fridge. Outdoor speakers for the stereo. Ample room to spread out on a hot or rainy day. Can sleep 8-10 comfortably depending on preferred sleeping arrangements. Stocked with chairs, tables, outdoor toys for the kids, flashlights, all necessary dishes and utensils, hand soap, dish soap, dish sponge, towels, rags, trash bags, toilet paper, bedding. • Keep it family friendly • Pets require prior approval • Prefer greasy/messy cooking to be done outdoors. • No music festivals or wild partying/tailgating **note you will need to bring your own sheets and blankets for sofa bed and table bed. Linens and pillows provided for master bed and bunk beds. If using the sofa bed it can fit a queen or king sheet. The dinette bed takes a king sheet.
