Fridge, AC, Heat, bed, reclining sofa, bathroom, hot water and more. We will provide the basics to get you set up, water and sewer hookups, electrical power surge and extension cord. We do ask that guests bring their own linens, towels, pillows, cooking utensils, pots and pans. Basics can be provided for an extra fee. We can offer starlink and or a generator for an extra cost.
