Excellent Condition! 29 ft 2022 Keystone Colorado with bunk house. Full living and dining slide out. Sleeps 9 comfortably. Full Bathroom with stand up shower and vanity. Full kitchen with microwave & 3 burner range. Outdoor kitchen with barbecue grill and exterior refrigerator. 20 ft power awning (largest in its class), with outdoor led lighting strip interior/exterior sound system w/ bluetooth. Electric fireplace. Lots of storage and convenience for your next family adventure. (Optional generator is also available to rent if needed, it is not included in the overall price. It is extra) Notes: **Reserving the trailer does NOT guarantee availability. The trailer is only put on the calendar after you've made your deposit. We can't hold dates without a deposit. We usually require 48 hrs. notice for bookings. **The pick up process takes about 30-60 minutes as I do a full walk through of the trailer, so please allow enough time when you choose your pick up time. I do have a full time job and am willing to work with your schedule as well to schedule an acceptable time for picking up and dropping off. **No pets of any kind inside the trailer please and absolutely no smoking of any kind. The trailer is to be returned clean and in the same condition it was rented to you, please do not climb on the roof of the trailer and do not tow while the slideout and/or awning is out. **Please make sure to return the trailer with the grey and black tanks completely empty. I do not have a dump site near my house and will have to charge you $150 (from your deposit) if I have to dump the tanks. **Other things to note: Smoking and vaping inside or near the travel trailer are strictly prohibited. To ensure the trailer remains smoke free, please do not use fire pits close to the trailer, and make sure all windows are closed. If it is determined that smoke damage has occurred within the unit, you risk forfeiting your entire security deposit. Additionally, you will be responsible for all costs related to the restoration and repair of the trailer, as well as any business losses incurred during the repair period.
