WHAT IS PROVIDED IN EVERY RENTAL: Keurig, all kitchen dinnerware and cookware, cups, plates, bowls, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, dish soaps, hand soaps, paper towels, garbage bags, tin foil, special rv toilet paper, toilet deodorizers, cleaning products, etc. Leave all your extras at home! Other Details: Spare Tire, flip up counter tops for more space, manual STABILIZING Jacks, Electric/Propane Refrigerator, 2 burner stove and oven, 18,000BTU Propane Furnace, power tongue jack, 3,700lb. Torsion Axles RENTAL PICK-UPS: Do NOT receive stocked coffee bar or welcome snacks, or any set up cozy extras. OPTIONAL: Outdoor Essentials package includes: outdoor grill with propane tank, 6-foot table, outdoor mat, & camping chairs. EXCEPTION: Festivals (or ANY large gathering) have a different set of rules and provided list. Please inform us of any large gathering so we may prepare accordingly. REQUIREMENTS: 1. NO Sewer hook up and no way to dump on your own - REQUIRED to select the Dump Fee 2. No water hook up and no way to fill your own fresh water tank - REQUIRED to select the Fresh Water Fill Fee *Smoking is not permitted in any of my campers. The security deposit will not be returned if this occurs. *ONLY FLUSH SUPPLIED SPECIAL RV TOILET PAPER AND YOUR WASTE! NO EXCEPTIONS! No wipes, feminine products, paper towels, etc. - Will result in forfeiture of security deposit. *Pets are Considered. FOR A FEE.
