Festival rentals include only 2 people (double sleeping occupancy). Additional guests will incur extra charges. *Festival Rentals: Festivals or any large gatherings have different rules, pricing, security deposits, and provided items. Dump Fee REQUIRED. *No water hook-up or self-filling capability? Fresh Water Fill Fee REQUIRED. *Smoking is strictly PROHIBITED in all rentals. Violation will result in forfeiture of your security deposit. *Toilet Usage: Only the provided RV toilet paper and waste may be flushed. No wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or other items – this will result in forfeiture of your security deposit. WHAT IS PROVIDED IN EVERY RENTAL: Keurig with hot cocoa, tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, all kitchen dinnerware and cookware, cups, plates, bowls, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, dish soaps, hand soaps, paper towels, garbage bags, tin foil, special RV toilet paper, toilet deodorizers, games/coloring books for children, Smart TVs, outdoor mat, cleaning products, etc. Leave all your extras at home! *RENTAL PICK-UPS: Do NOT receive a stocked coffee bar, welcome snacks, or any setup cozy extras. Additional Fees: *Early Check-in (before 3:00 PM) and Late Check-out (after 11:00 AM) are available for an additional fee. *Outdoor Essentials Package (grill, propane, table, chairs, blankets) available upon request.
