Invite the WHOLE family with you or enjoy a weekend away with you and your loved one with this camper. All you need to do is bring your food, clothes, sleeping bags and a spirit of adventure! AMENITIES Are you looking for great condition, clean, and comfortable? Well, our hope is our renters will take care of it as if it were their own and be courteous and respectful to our property. This rental package includes a number of amenities at no extra charge! (coffee maker, plates, aluminum foil and Ziplocs for your leftovers, cleaning products, some bathroom items, garbage bags) Shower, Toilet, Bathroom Sink Refrigerator and Freezer Stove, Microwave, Oven, Kitchen Sink and Radio,  2 Propane TanksTV and outdoor kitchen.  DELIVERY and SET UP We will run through a quick overview of how things work. We are flexible with the drop-off/pick up time as we work around work schedules. We do delivery as long as our schedules allow it, there are fees along with delivery but with the fee and delivery we also set up the camper for you. OCCUPANTS The trailer sleeps 8 occupants. This trailer features 1 Queen bed, Fold down futon-like couch, Drop Table bed, Sleeper sofa, twin bunk and single bunk. PETS Dogs with respectful and responsible guardians are always welcome! We just ask that the dogs either stay off the pleather furniture or that the furniture is covered to protect from claws. There is a pet fee of $20/night, if dogs are brought and we are not aware of this prior to reservation, security deposit will be charged for unauthorized pet. RV CONDITION We expect our RV to be returned to us in the same condition that you received it. A thorough walk-through (with departure form) will be done prior to renter taking the RV, and again when returned (with rental return form). A cleaning fee of $150 will be charged against your security deposit if not returned to us in the same condition as it was received. TANK DUMPING Please try to book a full hookup site with electric, water and sewer. We do charge a dumping fee even if it comes back clean, we treat our tanks with cleaners so the tanks are kept really clean and no worries on smells. Tanks MUST be emptied upon return. BOOKING When you message us or request a booking, please let us know what campground or the desired location. *Full hook-up campsite preferred, but not a deal breaker.* Pick up times are adjustable, we all work and have a busy schedule. Just keep in touch and we can always make something work. SECURITY DEPOSIT We understand the camper is made of lightweight material and things break, bend, or simply come undone. Especially with children! We are parents ourselves and therefore are fully aware of accidents. The amount of the deposit covers the deductible for those kinds of accidents.
