Overview
We bought this RV and we use it 2-5x a year so we figured we might as well allow other families to build some priceless memories with it while turning a small profit....
The unit is fairly new.
I purchased it because it had everything we were looking for and the gross dry weight was small enough to tow w/ an SUV
We did NOT want to tow a heavy rig over the pass for obvious reasons lol.
Dry Weight: 6323
Full Water Cargo weighs 415lbs (we never go dry camping so this didn't matter for us)
Length 31 Ft 11 inches
Bunkhouse Room - That's right it's a ROOM. You can close the door and let the kids sleep in peace or play on their ipads. There are 4 beds in the room. The table converts in the bed.
Solar Power in the event you like to go dry camping w/ no plug ins.
2 Air Conditioners - Yes one in the main cabin and one in the master. We found that the Main cabin works well for the bunk house and the main cabin but the Master was still pretty hot at night. So we added an additional AC unit.
Outside Cook station.
Storage underneath
Stabilizing steps
Outdoor & indoor speakers
Indoor cook top. It's a small space so if you chose to cook in doors be prepared to smell what you're cooking for a few hours. Because of this we only baked in the oven and choose to use the cook top outside.
2 Propane tanks
Decent size Refridgerator that operates on propane or electricity
Brand New tires
Nice size shower I'm 6'3 300+ lbs and I can fit in my shower.
DISCLAIMER: Unfortunately do to some VERY bad apples I have to say this in the most stern voice imaginable, Clean the rig thoroughly after you use it or you will be charged a cleaning fee of up to $1000 depending on the condition you left our RV in. We are in agreement to allow you and & your family to live in RV for a period of time, during that time we do fully expect you to take care of the RV as if it was your own.
